I believe that to move forward and evolve in the journey that is our life, we do not necessarily have all the necessary tools in our baggage.

Our opportunity and also our strength is to put ourselves back into play in order to learn the tools necessary for the comfort of this beautiful journey that is our life.

APTNESS workshops and trainings are designed so that you can have in your baggage a set of simple and effective tools, usable on a daily basis, to advance according to your wishes, in the journey of your professional and / or personal life.

• The workshops will take place face-to-face in our training room located on our premises or online with a common computer tool (skype, zoom, etc.);

• Due to the restrictions currently in force (social distancing 1.5 m. Minimum), for face-to-face workshops, we will welcome a maximum of 6 people;

• A minimum of 2 registrations is required to organize a workshop;

• Registrations will close one week in advance of the workshop start date;

• The workshops can be held in French or Italian, depending on the groups of participants.

        In the case of a mixed group, the vehicular language will be French.
